The Satellite Command Interface (SCI) acts as an interface between a
telecommand encoder on a TCP/IP network and the RF frequency synthesizer
which provides the local IF for a satellite ground station. |

The software was written in association with DERA and Darius Ltd. |
|
The telecommand encoder sends commands according to
ESA
Packet Telecommand Standard (ESA PSS-04-107 Issue 1). |
|
The RF frequency synthesizer is controlled using a GPIB interface. |
|

The software runs on Microsoft Windows '95, '98 or NT. |
